Our story
- 1988: Establishment of Optoplast as a connectivity solution provider for the Telecommunications sector
- 2017: Acquisition of the Electronic Cable Services Srl company to enter the broadcasting and industrial sector and expand its production capacity through the Mesero (Milan) plant
- 2018: Acquisition of the company Lightech srl, reinforcing the Group's presence in the Telecommunications and Datacenter sector by further expanding its production capacity through the Capriate plant (Bergamo)
- 2018: Acquisition of the Fibros srl company, reinforcing the Group's presence in the Telecommunications sector, and its presence in central/southern Italy (Naples)
- 2023: Acquisition of the Optoplast Group by Star Capital, an Italian private equity fund to develop and grow the Group itself.
