The Launch Reels are used in measurements performed with O.T.D.R. (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) to eliminate the initial non-linearity error of the instrument (dead zone).
It is inserted before the optical connection.
Multiple reels also available, up to three types of fibers with any connector.
The optical fiber reel is contained inside a resistant case with an IP67 protection, suitable for use in the field where the working conditions are sometimes particularly extreme.
The Launch Reel can be made with different types of fibers and connectors.
